Some thoughts.
Ostensibly non violent groups so often employ irresponsible and extremist language. This is incitement and incompatible with the self professed pacifism. As these organizations aren't military, their pacifism is moot - but their rhetoric contributes to a climate of dehumanization. It begets violence.
In the process of seeking moral clarity, there is the propensity to reduce conflicts into "good" vs "evil." One side is championed and the other gets short shrift. The opportunity to engage in genuine peacemaking, which would require the peacemaker to attempt to be credible to both sides, is sacrificed. Instead, the pacifist groups often make matters worse and contribute to the the vitriol. Instead of seeking common group, the pacifist groups become propagandists.
In short, pacifism is not and should not become identified with political radicalism.
